Recently my computer has been freezing up or blue screening on me. I got fed up with it and reinstalled windows. The problems have gotten worse. Sometime when its starting it wont even make it to the ASUS POST screen and the monitor stays in standby. Even after multiple hard restarts it wont bring anything up and when it does it usually freezes at the POST message. I have 4 cores enabled on my phenom II black and when the computer actually turns on it has cleared it back down to single core operation and defaulted all my settings in BIOS. Could my motherboard and or processor be going out? The blue screen error messages have pointed to every component of the computer at one time or another. Its blamed RAM before and I Memtested that with no issues. MB is ASUS M4A78T-E

    Thanks!
