Thanks to anyone reading this and I hope someone can help..

I usually do not turn off my laptop, I just close it and let it hibernate. Yesterday I was trying to log on to a different internet connection than usual and it wasn't working so I turned my computer off and booted it back up and that is when the problem started. I have got my computer to the point where I can start it normally and get to my desktop and everything loads fine, then about a minute after loading everything freezes. When I click on something my cursor just changes to the "loading" one and I can't click on anything else, then after about another minute my computer just gets covered by like a see through white screen and is unresponsive. If I try to ctrl-alt-delete before this screen comes up then it just takes me to a black screen with just my cursor.

I can load my computer in safe mode just fine and that is what I am on now. I ran spybot and it deleted a couple minor things that didn't affect anything and malwarebytes found nothing. I did a system restore back to 10/2 and it didn't help anything. I've also tried disabling startup programs, which seemed to let my computer work for a couple minutes longer but it still froze in the end.

    Any suggestions?

Did you try to open task manager (ctrl+alt+delete)ending unnecessary processes? And have you seen that white screen since the restore?

Please post a hijack this log.
    http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
Also you can hit start msconfig services tab hit hide all microsoft services and disable all except your antivirus then reboot :
Note this is only for diagnostic purposes you will need to start services that you use later after your problem has been resolved.

Post this thread in the security section to be safe. But it could possibly be that your PC is constantly in hibernation mode and hasn't been fully rebooted in awhile and is just adjusting (it happens) you have to be patient and let it fully load. But I'd double check with malware professionals on here to make sure your pc isn't infected as well.

Another thing I need you to do is clean your temp files.
Please download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.
    http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe
Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Important! If TFC ask you to reboot, please do so immediately.

Alright, I had disabled almost everything but it didn't solve the problem so I enabled everything before I posted on here because I didn't want to remove something I may have needed. I think I got everything you said so I'm going to reboot and do your most recent post.

Some things don't have to run automatically you can leave them manual. Do not disable anything you're not sure of. The lists razor gave you will should deff speed up windows loading up.

You wont lose anything,I promise you are just disabling them from starting up.Please do as I advised,to complete the process of fixing your computer. If you need to run any of the programs just double click them to run them no need to have them starting up if you arent using them,at the moment I doubt you use all those programs at once.
