computer freezing up all the time!!!!

    hey everybody, ive got a weird problem. everytime i turn on my computer, i can use it for about 2 minutes and then it freezes up on me. what is this and how do i fix it? i just got it fixed once for that and now its happening again. its got Windows ME on it. is it my startup? i can be listening to music or playing games or typing a paper and it will freeze up on me. it happens with any open program, not just a specific one. HELP!!!!!!!!:eek:

    What did they do last time to fix it?

    Does it freeze EVERY time after 2 minutes......

    Well, my best guess is that you have an IRQ conflict.

    I'll post your reponse back to the thread, and my response as well.

    But do this:

    Start button, run, then type msinfo32 and press ok....go to hardware, IRQs, edit, select all, edit, copy and paste your response.
