Okay First of all I have a Windows XP (SP3) Computer

This freezing problem has been happening for over 4 Months ( Or even more),
First of all My Computer started off with a 768 MB RAM with Intel Pentium 4 Processor.

My Computer will freeze at random times and at random moments. For instance like if I was Scanning my computer for Viruses, And I go somewhere to do something by the time I come back My Computer would Freeze like the Cursor wouldn't be moving and No buttons will work. And at the moment I have to press the Reset button on my CPU.

I've Tried multiple Solutions. I even went with my dad last saturday to go buy 1GB of Ram and It still freezes,

I've tried Going to the System Performance Tab and Disabling everything for my computer to run at the best Performance.

I have CCleaner and Use it Daily to clean my Computer.

I have ESET Smart Security Business Edition Scanned my omputer No Viruses.

Defragmented my HD with Power Defragmenter.

Even tried the Ramcleaner Trick involving Notepad.

    Seems nothing doesn't work.

    My Computer specs again are

Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3.
    Version 2002
    1.50 GB of RAM
    Intel (R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00 GHz
    NVIDIA Quadro Display Adapter
    TP-LINK 11b/g Wireless Adapter
VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter (Disabled)

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ! :(

If you are using a registry cleaner it has more than likely
created the problem. Your windows system settings are
stored in the registry. It should never be tampered with.

You should try reseating the RAM sticks and the video card properly.
Additionally, run a memtest on the RAM sticks one at a time.

Which file did you burn on the CD? There is an option of downloading ISO file from the memtest site. You should burn that ISO file on the CD.
