I ran the suggested web link and it's asking me to pay $60.00, not too sure if that was good advice.....I didn't pay it.

Anyone else?

please answer the following questions

1-) does the computer reboot when you are not connected to the Internet?

2-) does the computer reboot in safe mode environment ?

3-) have you update any driver's such as video or network interface card ?

4-) did you previously had any Norton product install on your machine ?

I have analyze your log file and I only detected one nasty file
O4 - Startup: PowerReg SchedulerV2.exe I recommend you get rid of it not just from HijackThis but also do a seach for the file Schedulerv2.exe and deleted.

in addition you might want to post your Minidump file to further analyze your problem it might not be enable on your system
# Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
# Double-click System.
# Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
# In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (64k).

the next time you get this error messages technical information is going to be recorded in this file. Usually the location is C:/windows/minidump
