Computer keeps stuttering

It keeps freezing randomly at application start for some programs. Programs such as Diablo 2, FlyFF, and some various others. Then unfreezing maybe 5 minutes later, or after a restart. Usually I get frustrated and end up restarting. This is my HJT log.

Just tried that while quitting D2. Everything on the screen froze except the task manager. The only process using CPU was System Idle Process. Everything else was normal, except my screen froze and I was forced to restart AGAIN.

System idle is when the CPU has nothing to do.

I would look at renewing all the drivers?

Is your CPU fan running and the heatsink dust free?
