    hi, when i go online and try to use my internet explorer it trys to reload me into "increditfind" but dosnt actualy go anywhere... looking for answers i came here and found a page dealing with the same problems.. i have already downloaded all the required spywear remover and Hijack this and have a log which i will post after this... can someone please help me?

    and is zone alarm a good fire wall?

    First go to add/remove programs and remove Shop at home (S & H Handler))
    Then Rescan and put a check net to each of these then close all browser windows and click "fix checked"

    umm yes the gif images dont move...

    that on my pc should move, his shirt and hair is supposed to move like the wind is blowing

    It moves as I see it but I'm guessing that isn't the case with you..Do you have an xp cdrom there ?
