Computer Randomlly Freezes and requires restart

Ive been having my computer crash for about a week now. It does this at random times.

Or try it this way:
  • Go to Start>>Run>>services.msc>>OK
  • Right-click tntjaucgazmt (shilappw6) and choose Properties
  • On the General tab under Service Status, click Stop
  • Set Startup Type to Disabled and click Apply>>OK
    NOTE: If you get an error while attempting to stop the service, skip this step and continue with the instructions​

  • Run KillBox and go to Action>>Delete on Reboot
  • Go to File>>Add File and select each of the following file/folder paths

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\awgikawu6.exe
  • Go to Action>>Process and Reboot>>Yes
    WARNING: Your computer will be restarted. Any unsaved work in open applications will be lost.​
  • Restart your computer
  • Run HijackThis and click Do a system scan and save a log file
  • Your HijackThis log will open in Notepad. Post the contents of the log here
