So i have had this problem for 3 to 4 months now and it is just getting worst and worst. My computer will randomly in the middle of gameplay while playing a game it will alt + tab back to the homescreen, i can go back to the game but its really irritating and i would love to know whats causing it. I read online to do a diagnostic with game booster 3 and this is what i received i would love if you would help me find out what the problem is! I have all my drivers updated and this problem only occurs with games in fullscreen mode and not in windowed mode.

Sounds like a background program is stealing focus.
Try closing extra programs. Not exactly sure what you have so just examples.. Skype, iTunes, Media Players, Automatic scanners for maleware/virus, automatic updaters.
    Keep your antivirus running however.
Check your antivirus program for a "game mode", if it has one make sure it is on.

Slight chance because of the incorrect antivirus listed, something may still be hidden and running in the background from the removed one.

Any idea what part of mcafee? maybe its a simple setting that can be disabled.
Did you check for a game or full screen mode?

I bet someone around here knows, just may take time for them to respond.

If your not apposed to it, Avast is a free antivirus. I don't game much on the systems that use it, but I have never had it pop me out of a game.

Edit: I can't fully rule out a conflict either. as to why the scan program sees the old antivirus. maybe windows is having trouble with mcafee because of old drivers from PC cleaner. Maybe there is a PC cleaner, cleaner...

Well, kind of an edit too... Seems PC cleaner is malware, at least others say so. It sticks around and messes with other antivirus programs. Found a Microsoft post about removing it, might help ya. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...lways-on/a2290ec1-5405-432b-b369-038eac30364c

If not, I'm sure you could post in the security forum here as to how to get rid of it. Could be just a few left over registry keys.
Removing that may help with mcafee.
