Every night I turn off my monitor and leave my computer on, about 90% time every thing is alright except now about 10% of the time when I wake up my computer has restarted. I need my MSN and P2P Client going and obviously if the computer is restarted there not going to be. It's not even the fact that I need them going that is bugging me so much it's that I JUST GOT THE COMPUTER AND IT'S GIVEING ME THSES PROBLEM'S!?

    Pentium (R) D CPU 2.80 GHz|
    2.00 GB RAM

I don't know what else to give you guy's?

My OS is Window's XP Media Center Edition 2005 with SP2.

Please help me guy's this is really starting to worry me about my computer?

Most likely it is downloading Windows updates, they often initiate a restart.

You will not get much traction on help here with running P2P as a reason, worth a quick check of the forum rules?

Do you run Anti Virus, Anti Spyware and Anti Adware programs at least weekly that are updated? Using P2P and downloading can bring on many unwanted files. Those files can cause you PC to do more than just shut down. And of course when your not watching someone can access your PC from watching your activity on the P2P network.

Same thing different name. Try posting a HIJackThis log. Or do an on-line Virus scan from either or both Panda or Trend Micro.
