I have windows XP and the last few weeks it will close internet explorer and give a WIN32 error message. At other times the computer says it must reboot and shuts down. Even more puzzling is that I have two user accounts, and when in the second one is being used the internet connects but will not recieve anything. Everything says cannot locate page. I tried a internet accelerator right before this happened and have removed it. Mcafee and a remote norton scan show nothing. I've included a hijackthis log at the end of this message. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Welcome to T.S.G:)
This may not cure your Re- booting problem but it will clean a couple of unwanted foistware entries out of your system.

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
    in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows and "fix checked"

    Re-boot and delete:
    C:\Program Files\Save
    C:\Program Files\MySearch
    Folders.
