Computer Riddle For The Best!

My system is constantly rebooting.....just going....beep...2 seconds later....beep....beep....beep....

I checked the Memory...i believe it is okay....swapped out the PSU...reseated the Processor...reset the BIOS....

Any ideas guys?? I'm open to all suggestions...

Ohhh! And another thing....If I turn on the PC with no Memory in it....It doesn't beep at all!! Could it be something wrong with the Mobo....Which I hate by the way....some MSI Crap....

Try unplugging the POWER ON and RESET switch from the motherboard front panel header. Power the machine on by shorting the POWER ON pins on the header, and see if the machine will run without rebooting.
