In Progress Computer Running Slowly

I'm really sorry if this is vague or if this is even the right place to ask this question. I have an HP Pavilion gaming laptop and it periodically runs games at <20fps (easy games to run, like Minecraft or Dolphin Emulator). I'll also note that it normally runs these programs just fine. I can provide more information if necessary, just please tell me how to provide it. According to the task manager, I'm using roughly 13% CPU and 30% memory (18% of that is google chrome). Please help!

Please do the following:

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system, download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, and that will be the right version.

• Right-click FRST.exe/FRST64.exe then "Run as administrator"
• When the tool opens, click Yes to the disclaimer.
• Press the Scan button.
• When finished, it will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool was run from.
• Please copy and paste the logs in your next reply. Note:If you receive an error that your post is too long, attach the logs to your reply.
