computer sais to boot from cd and i dont have it

    I did a system clean and registry clean and then rebooted and its asking me to reboot from CD which I don't have it only gives me an f2 and f10 option help!!!!!

    Sounds like you "cleaned" it good! :D

    I don't understand. You successfully rebooted into Windows 7 and now Windows is asking "to reboot from CD"? Very strange.

    After I did the clean it asked to reboot system now and it came back on at reboot from CD

    Which brand, model & model # computer have you?

    Whch version of W7 was on your computer, when it last worked well?

    Which CDs or DVDs came with the computer?

    Do you have an authentic W7 DVD?

    Do you have a set of recovery disks from the manufacturer? Did you create a set of recovery disks or a disk image?

    Would you describe yourself as a beginning, intermediate or advanced computer user?

    We will ay a beginner and its my uncles computer so there are no recovery disks and all I know is that its windows 7 and it worked great before I did a system maintenance
