Computer slow down and Internet homepage resets

    I am a newbie so please have patience with me :)

    My PC started running very slowly and my IE7 homepage keeps being set to www.3929.cn (a Chinese site). I am also getting Chinese web sites popping up without me clicking on anything. I have searched on the net and ran several Anti-Virus/Spyware programs to try to clean this (Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, RogueRemover, Spybot Search&Destroy) and my own Norton AntiVirus. Nothing has helped and the problem persists.
