computer slowing down

    i've had an issue with my computer lately,like the topic suggests...it's slowing down, mostly when i have to leave it for more than 5-10mins i come back to find everything going extremely slow. of course i run an updated virus scan (norton) and spybot+addaware both updated too. i've found some spying programs and remove them but the problem is still there...
