Computer / Spyware problems - Need help

    Hi! I have been having major problems with my computer running extremely slow, internet issues, locking up, hanging up, etc. Can someone look at my HJ Log below and let me know what I can do to fix it & also make it run faster, etc.
    I have already run and cleaned the computer with Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Spyware Blaster, CWShredder and Norton Systemworks.
