When I start my computer, it takes forever for it to come on.
Every time a black screen comes on with lines stating that my windows cannot upgrade the files %1 from %2. What does that mean?
Also my screen freezes up a lot and says an error has occured.

Also, my screen freezes up a lot and I can't shut the computer down without turning off the whole power supply.
