I try to start up my computer but after Windows begins to boot up, it suddenly shuts down.... Will not start in any screen, safe mode, set up, or anything more than 5-10 seconds due to sudden shut down... I do not know if it's the power supply or a virus... Doesn't turn on at all, or shuts down almost instantly (less than 1 second) is usually the power supply or an electrical short.

Shuts down after 5-10 seconds is usually CPU overheating. If you feel comfortable opening the case you could look to see if the CPU cooling fan is turning, and that the heatsink/fan are attached to the CPU.
