Computer stuck

Computer stuck online screen won't let me enter password. I did a reset and that didn't work how do I bypass this?

For the record, it has been pointed out to me that the above is the "old" wording for the password rule. The current wording is as follows.

• Bypassing Passwords/PINs/Access Codes (show less)
  We would not want to help someone gain unauthorized access to a device or website. Posting hacks or cracks to bypass forgotten or unknown passwords, PINs (Personal Identification Numbers) or any other type of access code is not permitted. However, it may be possible to give advice on methods made available by the vendors/providers in order to regain access.

However, I still believe that the thread should be closed.
