I have been having substantial lag in all my games recently and I was thinking that it might be due to computer temperatures, as the lag has suddenly started to occur with games that have worked for months beforehand. I used a program called "CPUID Hardware Monitor" to get two readings: one when the computer was idle and the second when the computer had been playing games for 10 or so minutes and was beginning to lag.

I don't know what temperatures I should be looking at in the screenshots as well as what the temperatures should be.

    Any help would be appreciated.
