Computer turns on but won't show display

    Every time i go to turn on my pc it would turn on then it turns off then it turns on and stays on and then i look at the my tv and it wont dispay nothing

    Ohh i change the graphics card its asus ATI Radeon HD6450 silence 1GB

    which size optiplex??? ssf or mini tower ...etc
    did u try to take out the video card and connect video cable to the onboard video port??
    when u upgraded to the video card did u upgrade the power supply to higher wattage one?

    Mini tower and no i didnt upgarde the power supply but it worked perfectly fine when i changed it

    i would imagine the that dell is 8-10 years old, probably the original power supply!
    can u try another power supply to see if it fixes the issue
