I gave up. aol insisted my problems might be that I didn't have enough ram. I thought 96 was pretty good. A second apinion agreed, so I bought. When I put it in and turned on the computer it said that I had a reduction in Memory. It doesn't recognise the chip. This probably has a simple solution. What is it?

    Hi Dummie, welcome to TSG.

What exactly do you mean when you say the computer said you had a reduction of memory?
