So my computer was infected with trojans and stuff. I cleaned it with spybot and then ran hijackthis. My stupid sister who majors in computer science said that she knew what she was doing. Here are the things she fixed using
    hijackthis:

    O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: mujuzedij - {19f19eec-498c-4897-abb9-f24d32e6ae47} - c:\windows\system32\zeveluhe.dll (file missing)
    O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: jugezatag - {f56b751f-be21-4bea-ac87-75329f19f4a4} - c:\windows\system32\kolubagu.dll (file missing)
    O21 - SSODL: renazahih - {19f19eec-498c-4897-abb9-f24d32e6ae47} - c:\windows\system32\zeveluhe.dll (file missing)
    O21 - SSODL: jovatarak - {f56b751f-be21-4bea-ac87-75329f19f4a4} - c:\windows\system32\kolubagu.dll (file missing)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2787EA8E-8D87-48af-88AD-B30246C917AB} - (no file)

now my computer turns on but no icons show. I get a black screen with a mouse. When I go into safe mode I get the same deal except this time I see the normal white words that say windows servce pack 2 and what not. Help please!!

Does the options menu show up in safe mode?

If so, choose "last Known Good Configuration"

if you cannot get past the logon screen in safe mode, let me know.

If you can't log on in safe mode, do you have access to another computer where you will be able to burn a boot CD?

    let me know

Hi! A friend of mine told me to burn otlpe.iso and I did. I booted that cd but got a whole bunch of errors like this:
    x:\sfx\profiles-7z.exe is not a valid win32 application.

While installing?. The desktop loaded but I was told there would be an icon called otlpe and to double click and open it. All I see is my computer and my network places. I can't use my mouse either. I see a background wallpaper of reatogo-x-pe and that's it. Thank you for your help!!

    Hi,

Probably a bad download, without seeing the insructions you followed, I can't tell:

Do it again with these instructions:

Print these instruction out so that you know what you are doing.

    Two programs to download

    First

Please download ISOBurner and save it to your desktop. This program will allow you to burn OTLPE.ISO to make a bootable CD.

    • [*]Double click the ISOBurner set up icon to install the program, from there on in it is fairly automatic.

[*]There are Instructions for the iso burner here if you need them.

    Second

    • [*]Download OTLPE.iso save it to your desktop. Now burn OTLPE.iso to a CD using ISO Burner. {NOTE: This file is 276.7 MB in size so it may take some time to download.)

[*]When downloaded double click OTLPE.iso > this will then open ISOBurner to burn the file to CD

[*]Reboot the infected system using the boot CD you just created.
Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here

[*]Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.

[*]you will find an icon on the desktop called OTLPE > Double-click on the OTLPE icon.

[*]When asked "Do you wish to load the remote registry", select Yes

[*]When asked "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", select Yes

[*]Ensure the box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" is checked and press OK

[*]OTL should now start. Change the following settings

      • [*]Change Drivers to Safe List

[*]Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
        /md5start
        iaStor.sys
        nvstor.sys
        atapi.sys
        nvata.sys
        iastorv.sys
        /md5stop

[*]Press Run Scan to start the scan.

[*]When finished, the file will be saved in drive C:\OTL.txt

[*]Copy this file to your USB drive if you do not have internet connection on this system

[*]Please post the contents of the C:\OTL.txt file in your reply.

I followed the same exact instructions.

This happens:Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.
But I do not see this icon:you will find an icon on the desktop called OTLPE > Double-click on the OTLPE icon.

Did it load all the user profiles and the remote registry?

do you still get errors when you first boot from the CD?

can you check the size of the .iso download

do you have the installation CD,

What do you mean by profiles and remote registry?
When i put in the CD the blue screen came up saying something about Free something.
It said a whole bunch of things. One of those things was like XPE loading and Network TCP IP. Stuff like that. That is where I got the error. The .iso file is 256mb. Installation CD as this one or for like windows? I will be back around 8. Thank you very much!!!

Hi, it doesn't sound like it downloaded properly

the download .iso file should be:

    276.7 MB

use the link I provided for the download and try burning it again.
