Hello, first of all thank you all for what you do and for your time.
My issue is a bit specific, I have strange log in issues when using the news tabs of windows, lauching Steam, Discord or the Xbox Games Bar, and even when it comes to editing softwares, however I have none of these issues when connecting through a browser; So for example I can log in to steam or anything else just fine through Mozilla, but not through the desktop apps, please help me.

Hello! For some reason your post was caught in our spam filter and I have approved it. Can you be more detailed on the log in issues?

Hello Regy117 and welcome to TSG,

Are the following proxy settings known to you and trusted..?

ProxyEnable: [S-1-5-21-3215718011-1097352627-1256633713-1001] => Proxy est activé.
ProxyServer: [S-1-5-21-3215718011-1097352627-1256633713-1001] => 127.0.0.1:23778

Next,

Open an elevated command prompt:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2790-open-elevated-command-prompt-windows-10-a.html

Copy/paste the following command at the prompt:

Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab

put cursor at the command prompt then Right click and select paste, hit enter. Two files will be saved to your Desktop.

Attach the "report.txt" file to your reply. - you can ignore the repfiles.cab file, it's only backup data

Thank you,

Kevin.

Hello Kevin and Couriant, thank you very much for your answers;

The only way I can really describe the issue is by the fact that any app or software other than internet browsers had trouble getting access to the internet.

I wouldn't know about the proxies as I have not set any up, ever, is there a way to know when or by what they were created ?

Also I did a full reset of my PC during the night because it felt bloated, and I have not had any issues since, so I'm sorry I might have wasted your time, but should I still run the command you wrote Kevin to see if it shows anything that might help someone having a similar issue ?

Thank you again so much for what you guys do, and my apologies for the possible time wasted.
