Help. I am having difficulty running my Norton Antivirus. I have spybot and ad-aware. i have run both of those programs several times this morning and have deleted and rebooted. I keep having altnet and common name show up on spybot. It is not deleting these files. I have run an HJT and am posting the log- hopefully. Haven't done this before, so I hope I am smart enough to do this. Thanks for alll your help.
