Whenever I log in to my windows XP, a minute after logging in a blue screen appears, saying, "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer". After this, it suggests several things to try and then it displays this technical error:
*** STOP: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x805787f8, 0xba11b99c, 0x00000000)
Below this it states it's "dumping physical memory to disk".
After a period of time it just shuts down and restarts. I've tried uninstalling my inernet security as I believe it involves the RAM in the computer (we have 1.5 GB) but that only worked for the day. What is going on with my computer?
