Not sure if that even made sense but basically it says that I'm connected to my wireless network but whenever I open up a browser I'm unable to browse the internet.

    Hey,

I ran Safe Mode with Networking and the internet works perfectly. I still can't access the internet on "normal" mode. Hope this helps somehow.

Yes, it does help. The ping results show internet access and DNS is working. Since browsers work in Safe Mode with Networking the problem must be something that runs in normal mode.

About a 99% probability that the culprit is a non-Windows security application (most often a firewall) that is mis-configured, corrupted or has out-of-date data definitions. Best thing to do is uninstall it/them and run the Removal Tool if one is provided. You can re-install after testing.
