Connected to wireless but not working?

    hi i have toshiba a350-02t and i do not why but it says it connected to the wireless internet and yet each time i try to go on the internet it does not work. I checked on my sister's laptop and my other one and it is working perfectly and i have no idea please help! :) i tried ipconfig and it says media disconnect [​IMG]

    Are you concerned about the wireless connection or the ethernet being seen as disconnected or both? For the ethernet do the router and PC LEDs light properly when you connect the cable? Are you sure the cable is good?

    Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
    (For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

    [Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

    Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
    Paste the results in a message here.

    If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

    ahh the results are in the picture and its wireless internet. what im wondering is that the internet not working on this laptop but its working on my other ones
