Hi, i'm curious if it's possible to connect 2 PC's to a single printer. we are currently not on a network because there is a virus that was spreading throughout and had to stop the flow, so to speak.

what i have are 2 or 3 male to male usb cords and a usb hub. is it possible to do through that or would i have to get a printer router?

Yes, you can share a USB connected printer between two or more computers. A USB hub will not work. You need some kind of USB switch. They come in both automatic and manual configurations. Here is a link to an automatic one I found with a Google search:

http://www.cables4computer.com/USB_...boxes_2_to_1_USB_2.0_Automatic_Switchbox.html

NOTE: The link is to give you an idea of the type of hardware you may need. It is not a recommendation for a particular product and I have never used this particular product.
