    Hello everyone,

At the moment I have my home network running through my modem which has a 4 port hub and wireless as well as my internet.

Im looking to put a gigabit router in for the comptuers and ps3 to talk with becuase I want to get a NAS instead of use my main comp.

How would I go about hooking them together so the internet works through it all and the wireless as well, but also the gigabit between comptuers?

Can I just have it in the system and have it set to look at my modem for the DHCP and stuff like that?

Also if you know of any good NAS systems or gigabit routers please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

Connect the gigabit switch to a LAN port on the router and connect all the other devices to the gigabit switch. You don't need a gigabit router, just a switch.
