hey, ive been experiencing some really bad internet connections speeds lately, sometimes the speeds will not rise about 20kb/s resulting in youtube just buffering all the time, sometimes the connection would just hang up and i'd loose the signal on the modem,

i have rang up the isp and they have run some tests but they say it should be fine, but ive noticed after 4am that the speeds will often go back to normal to 200kbs and then bottle down around the evening ish time to less than 20kbs

ive also noticed this window suggesting errors with my connection but im not familier with how it works or wat its telling me,

    any ideas?

Since the speed varies at different times of the day, I'd be looking at the ISP.

    Please supply the following info.

The name of your ISP and country of residence.
    Make/model of the broadband modem.
Make/model of the router (if any).
    Connection type, wired, wireless.
Make/model of network card or wireless adapter.
Make/model of your computer (motherboard if home-built).
Version and patch level of Windows, i.e. XP-Home SP2.
