connection problem

That also happened to me (cable and wireless), and I tested both on my laptop and only cable on my PC. However, I can connect to my 2wire994 modem.

When I plug in my cable or connect with wireless it says "No internet access"

The Media Disconnected for the ethernet is likely a defective cable or NIC.

For the wireless try these tests (also in a Command prompt) ...

ping 10.0.0.3 (or whatever your current IPv4 address is)

ping 10.0.0.1

ping 8.8.8.8

ping yahoo.com
