Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.
(In Windows 10 you may have to use some other procedure to get a Command Prompt window.)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

[Press ENTER after the command.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

There are lots of models of Acer Aspires. In fact, I own two - both different.
What is the exact model of your Aspire One?
Turn over the netbook and look for the label that is not the MS Windows label. It will be an Acer label with 2 bar codes. What model is listed before the manufacturing date?

Did you read all of Terry's message?
If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

Run the commands on the broken computer. Save the file as a txt.
Attach your phone to the computer and copy the txt file to the phone. Paste that txt file into your reply.

Is the netbook a 10" screen from about 2009?
