    So for a little history:

Over the last month or so I have been having consistent unresponsive system problems (requiring hard shut down). The PC is water cooled via custom loop and all temperatures are extremely within tolerance, overheating is not the issue. The errors shown in the Event Viewer and System Specs are at the bottom.

So far, the troubleshooting that has been done follows:
    - Memtest86 completed 8 passes with no errors as well as ran with a single DIMM in all slots, no change.
    - Motherboard has no swollen caps.
    - Swapped out hardware with working CPU, GPU, SSDs, and Power Supply from another system/backups. No change
    - Clean format and reinstall of windows. No change.
    - Updated all drivers to current versions. No change.
    - All windows updated installed. No change.

To say the least, I am at a total loss, and any help provided would be extremely helpful.
