I have several folders containing my pictures. There are only a few pictures per folder, I would like to consolodate them into a single folder. How can I do this ?

If it were me, I would do a search for all of a file type in the folders, *.jpg, for example, and then select them all in the search list and Cut them to be pasted into the destination folder.

There is always All To One and similar programs, too.

Not sure whether or not you mean individual pictures or not. If you want to keep them in existing individual folders contained within 1 generic folder just move or drag them into a new folder and name it. When you click on this new folder the others will be accessible.
