Constant request for Privacy Permission

I have 2 pc's but only 1 is affected.
Every time i open Edge (new) browser , I am asked to grant permission for Privacy Permissions by Microsoft. (see bottom edge of screenshot).
I doesn't matter if i press "accept" or Fill out, "Manage Preferences", it still pops up every time i open the browser.
Any ideas how to get rid of this, without changing to a different browser.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Comparing the two PC's settings, I found "Cookies and other site data" switched on, on the culprit PC.
Unticked, and now cured.
