Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied...

I get that error when ever I try to load up a program
or even get into Internet Explorer

How i am typing this right now??? I simply just used Windows Explorer to view my files then just used the browser in there...

    But please can somebody help???

So when ever I click Internet Explorer for example it says:
Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied...
    I also get:

You do not have permission to open this file
See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission

Now... I am trying to access my own files... So why do I need permission if I'm the administrator??? I think its some kind of virus or spyware...

I also got this message when I load windows it said
    Cannot Load Puta!!.com

Is this some kind of virus or spyware???
I used CCleaner and Ad-aware but I still get those errors
except for the Puta!!.com file because I deleted it

Any help would be much appreciated

Sometimes that error can be caused by a corrupted FAT, have you run Scandisk lately? If not I'd go ahead and do that.

Post back if it helped or not.
