Have you followed this exact path?

    C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

    Hey deke, how are you?

Yes, i have followed that path. When I go to TIF, it only shows me the big long list of cookies, etc. there is not a seperate folder for content IE5. :(

    Hi IK

I take it you are using XP. I am on W98SE and delete my Content IE5 folder all the time. Have you done a Find-Files too see if it will show up?

yeah, I'm on XP. I had a bloodhound exploit virus, Norton took care of it, but I could have hand deleted them quicker if I knew how to access them.
Have not done find files, because if I do, its still going to lead me to the same path, and I still wouldn't have access to content IE5.

it only shows in XP in either safe mode and by using a different account to the normal account you are in

so boot into safe mode & use the default administrators account, then you can see the folder listed under your usual user name
