I am running Windows XP Home SP2. According to Tweak UI, the Control Panel Bluetooth applet bthprops.cpl is active, but when I look in Control Panel, I cannot see the Bluetooth icon. Can anyone tell me how to view this applet ?

Do you have any Bluetooth devices installed on the PC?

I have a USB bluetooth device that use Blue Soleil software and drivers. I am trying to use my O2 XDA II Mini with Activesync which is a nightmare of its own to configure.
