control panel gone; printer.exe not found at startup

    I've just noticed that my control panel was gone

    the computer couldnt find "printer.exe" in c/windows/system32

    Can you tell me why you have no Microsoft service packs installed?

    Do not install SP2 on an infected machine as this will cause serious problems.
