    hi,

control panel is missing from my start menu. tried doing right-click then properties.

when i try to view sytem requirements through windows explorer (coz i can't get to my control panel) i get the following message.

    Restrictions

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator.

    (this message appear twice)

i read another post on this and the moderator told them to download TrendMicro Hijackythis and copy and paste the Hijackthis log. i didn't want to use the instructions given to that user in case i have a different virus/problem.

my anti-virus had run out. now have anti-virus installed and it has removed most viruses but pc still has a few problems. have pasted the log below.

any help you can give would be appreciated!!
