    hi there,

sorry if this seems obvious but... I click on <start> <all programs> and the program window opens up, but the bottom edge of the window is below the bottom edge of my screen.

So there are 2 programs that I can't see properly, I know they are there, as a small info box pops up when I hover the mouse over them.

    Any ideas, please,

    thanks,

    Rich

Right-click on the Start button > Properties > Customize > Advanced Tab put a check in the Scroll Programs box.
