I don't know if this is a stupid question but I thought I'd ask. Is there any way to convert a zip file to an mp3?? If there is, is there a program I can download which will convert the file?? Any free downloads?? Thanks!

No, there is not a way to convert a ZIP file to MP3.

The ZIP extension indicates that a file or multiple files has/have been compressed into one file. Then you can EXTRACT all the files within the ZIP file.

If there is an MP3 inside a ZIP file, you can EXTRACT it and it will done and over with.

What is in your ZIP file?

If you have Windows XP, you can open the ZIP file just by double clicking it. If you have a different OS, you will need WINZIP or something that works with ZIP files.

    You can get WINZIP here....

    http://www.winzip.com/

    Did that help a little?

    Shane,
Thanks a bunch for the reply. I didn't know what to do with the zip file and by extracting it, the mp3 was revealed. Thanks again.
