Is there a reliabe conversion program to convert Excel2010 files to Libre Calc

Are you having issues loading Excel files into LibreCalc? The latter should be able to do this without any issue. If you are having issues, can you describe them?

Thanks for getting back to me Lochlomonder but I kept getting the message that the extension .ods was not a registered default and not matter how many times I reset the default to .ods it kept telling me that it was not registered. However since posting my problem it does now appear to be loading excel files into LibreCalc.

Well thanks to this thread, i have learned what an .ODF/ODS file is :) I am curious, are you saving the excel file with an .ODF extension or XLSX?
