I just started having a problem with online banking.Every time I shut down my laptop it clears the cookies because I have to call the bank to log in.Never had this problem before.I have not changed anything.Windows 10 and MS Edge browser.

Why do you need to call your bank to log in?
Don't you have an on-line account with your bank that you can log into with a username and password?
That's how I've been doing on-line banking for years.

Yes-User and password. Then I get a message unable to log in.Then I click a tab and they send me a 6 digit pin number.I enter that and then click on register my computer and it works. It has always worked ok.But now it must clear the info on shutdown.Because every time I try to log in the same thing happens. It must be clearing the cookies for some reason.

Most of these account when sent a new pin is for one time use and you are to change it to a pin that you want to use.
Next time, when calling the bank, be sure to ask about this being a one time pin.
