    Hello,

    I've been given a Morphy Richards Health Grill, Model Number 44710
    The advertisement for it states:

    * A healthy way of grilling meat,fish
    and vegetables
    * Removable grill plates for easy
    cleaning
    * Sloping grill plate allows fat/juices
    to drain away
    * Floating hinge allows even cooking
    * Includes removable drip tray
    to drain fat away
    * Thermostat control for optimum
    cooking temperature

    But I don't have a manual for it and have no idea of cooking times. Would you know a recipe site for this type of cooking? Or if you could give me a guide as to cooking times, I would be very grateful.

    Thanks,

    Bye,
    Penny. :)

    Hi Tuppence2 ,here is an instruction book you can download for your particular model...... :)

    ....i had to edit the page for a 404 , but put your model number (44710 ) in and hit search , and the download file will appear.

    I personally hate them. The George Foreman grill is similar. They don't get hot enough to sear the food and when it is done it is dry as a bone. Vegetables like zucchini work well but not many others. I would give you mine if you live in the states.

    Ohhh...that's what I've been doing wrong. This coming from a guy that thinks gourmet dining consists of a frozen dinner and a beer...:)

    I hate beer ...too bloating and burpy ..... and some of those "tv dinners " are`nt all that bad . ;)

    ...gourmet dining = lobster , snow crab , mussels , cod fillets and a double captain and coke while setting up the campsite .... soon oh so soon . :)

    Hello,

    Well, Rockn, beggars can't be choosers! My electric stove is not working, and not likely to be, it was second-hand when it came to me.

    My neighbours were kind enough to give me a microwave oven but I had no way to cook a fried egg, eggy-bread, etc. until my sister offered me the grill. I wasn't going to refuse it. I don't look gift horses in the mouth. If I hadn't wanted the grill there would be have been someone in more need than me it could have gone to. Pop yours in the parcel post to Angel - she'll enjoy using it I'm sure.

    Bye,
    Penny. :)

    Hello,

    Just cooked a sandwich in the grill. Cheese with a layer of cooked potato and hummus and garlic dip. Very good!

    Bye,
    Penny. :)
