I am hoping that someone is able to help me get rid of CWS for good.
I have run multiple removel programs. Adaware catches it but can't remove it. I have gotton rid of it once, with the help of another site but it came back. and this timethe file name changes
I ran adware and CWS file came up as c:\windows\system32\mpcidaa.dll and the most recent scan shows it as c:\windows\system32\llkik.dll

I am also getting that virtual memory is low. currently allocated is 357 mb. It says that 286 is recommended. Media player dosn't work and I have gone completely grey.
Here is the log, can someone please explain what I need to get rid of in terms that an ol lady can understand.

You can fix those entries with HijackThis but they will be back in no time... ......you have a CWS infection, that at this point in time has no fix....manual or automatic. We have been working on this one for weeks now with not much success.
My advice for now is to download an alternative browser such as Opera www.opera.com or Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
Both are free and both are better than IE and are less prone to hijacking.
Keep an eye on whats happpening with this new CWS variant at TSG but leave IE in the box until we get a definate fix.

Since I can't get rid of CWS, how can I get rid of statblaster. It shows up on my norton scan along with 3 others that come and go, ut statblaster always stays. ezula and incredifind are 2 that keep coming back.
If there any help on these?

    TIA

Before I fix this, why am I fixing the netzero ones? When I connect to netzero, it opens a page to their website. If I open IE, it takes me to the "blank" homepage. I ran the shredder again, which got rid of the first entries that were posted to fix. They will be back, they always come back :( Can someone verify that this is the correct procedure to take, I don't want to fix something that I haven't had a problem with
