I'm using WIN XP home edition. Manual says I can place 24 separate items on my clipboard, but only one results. The others have an odd icon about 1" squared with a green arrow in it. I'd like to use about 6 items to copy into WORD and/or email notices. I have a Dell dimension 2350 system.

To store 24 separate items on my clipboard requires Office XP 2003, and you need to install the latest Office XP 2003 patches for it to work properly. Have you?

No. I have since installed it. One of my errors is that I do not have the Home edition, but the Professional Win XP.

If I try to to copy more that one item (email address or item), just the last one appears. I tried to paste onto an email or WORD but still can't do so.
