Is there a program out there that allows you to copy files off of a Microsoft Domain Network to your computer which would lock the files on the server so noone else can have the file and change it while you are in it?? Along with that, notifying the person trying to get access to the file, who has it open at that time??

there are very few programs that work over the windows networking protocall(SMB/CIFS) because Microsnot has never released the details of it. I would recomend using FTP with the server set up to only alow one connection at a time. win 98 and up can integrate an FTP folder as a normal drive.
